The brief
EIS has sold and rented property internationally since 1999, from an office on Leopoldstraße in Munich. They needed one site that works for buyers, tenants and property owners in German, English, Spanish and French, and that the team can keep up to date themselves.
What we built
- Four languages, each with its own URLs, German by default.
- A page for each market: Germany, Spain, Cyprus, Peru and the UAE.
- Listings for sale, rent and commercial use, with filters by type and country and a full-screen photo gallery.
- A private admin where the team adds listings and photos; DeepL translates new text into the other languages.
- Enquiry forms for buyers and tenants, and “sell” and “rent out” forms for owners, sent by email with spam protection.
- WhatsApp contact with a QR code, and excerpts from Google reviews.
