Who we are
PitchShelf is run by Raji consulting LLC, which decides why and how your data is used on this site.
For anything in this text, or to use your rights below, write to us:
hello@pitchshelf.comCookies and tracking
This site does not set cookies, does not save anything in your browser's storage, and has no accounts, analytics or advertising. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to. If that ever changes, this page changes first.
The contact form
When you send the form we receive your name, your email address, the kinds of project you ticked and your message. We also receive the address of the page you sent it from. We use this to answer you and, if we end up working together, to do the work.
The form sends an email to our inbox through Resend, our email delivery service. The website itself keeps no copy. The message stays in our mailbox for as long as we need it to answer you and, for clients, to do the work and meet bookkeeping rules. Ask us and we delete it sooner.
Our legal grounds are your request to us before a project (taking steps you ask for) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
A hidden field and a timer help us tell people from bots. They do not look at who you are and they are not stored.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any host, Vercel records technical details of each request (your IP address, the page, the time and your browser) so the site can be delivered and kept secure. We look at these only to fix errors and spot abuse, and we do not use them to profile visitors. Vercel keeps them for a limited time under its own policies.
Who else handles your data
Vercel (hosting), Resend (sending the contact form to our inbox) and the email service that holds our inbox. They act on our behalf. Some of them are based in, or process data in, the United States or other countries outside the EEA; they rely on recognised safeguards such as the EU's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
Our work pages link to client sites at their own addresses. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, ask us to limit it, or ask for a copy you can move elsewhere. Email us and we answer within one month.
If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
