When you access our website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical data (including IP address, date/time, page accessed, browser type). This data is used solely for the technical provision and security of the website and is not combined with other data.

4. Contact form

When you contact us via the contact form, we collect the data you provide (name, telephone number, email address, message) to process your request. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual inquiry) or (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry). The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Google Maps

On our contact page, we embed a map from the Google Maps service, operated by Google Ireland Limited. The map is only loaded after you actively click on "Load map"; only then will data (including your IP address) be transferred to Google servers, possibly also in the USA. The legal basis for this is your consent by clicking (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. Cookies are only set by the Google Maps map mentioned above, and only if you actively load it.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to the processing of your personal data. Please contact us at the address above to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
